Building a new home or commercial space? Plumb-Tec LLC handles every phase of new construction plumbing — from first rough-in to final trim-out — on time and built to code.
We cover every phase of plumbing on a new construction project — residential builds, additions, and light commercial.
The plumbing that goes inside your walls needs to last for decades. We make sure it does.
Construction timelines don't wait. We coordinate with your GC and show up when we're supposed to so your project doesn't miss a beat.
Our rough-ins pass inspection the first time. Neat pipe runs, proper venting, correct fall — everything done to Kentucky plumbing code.
From the drain layout to the final trim, every fixture is set level, every connection is tested. We take pride in work that the homeowner will never have to think about.
We price new construction plumbing fairly and quote you up front. No scope creep surprises — we communicate clearly throughout the project.
What does the plumbing rough-in process involve?
The rough-in is the first phase of new construction plumbing where we install all supply lines, drain lines, and vent pipes inside walls and floors before drywall. This phase must pass a rough-in inspection before construction continues.
Can Plumb-Tec work with my general contractor?
Yes — we work directly with general contractors, custom home builders, and homeowners acting as their own GC. We coordinate scheduling to match your construction phase timeline.
Do you handle the water and sewer connection to the street?
Yes. We connect new buildings to municipal water service and sewer systems, or tie into a private well and septic as required by the site. We coordinate the utility tap as part of the project.
What materials do you use for new construction plumbing?
We primarily use PEX for supply lines (flexible, freeze-resistant, and long-lasting) and schedule 40 PVC or ABS for drain, waste, and vent systems. We use the materials best suited to the application and local code requirements.
